Terms and conditions
“BN Creatives”, “us”, “we”, or “our” refers to the marketing agency and its employees. “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or business entity that is hiring BN Creatives for marketing services through our website.
Scope of Work BN Creatives will provide marketing services to the client as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. The scope of work may be updated or revised through mutual agreement between the client and BN Creatives.
Fees and Payment
The client will pay BN Creatives the fees outlined in the proposal. Payment terms are 50% of the total fee upfront and 50% upon completion of the project. If additional work is requested, BN Creatives will invoice the client accordingly.
BN Creatives will keep all client information confidential and will not share any confidential information with third parties without the client’s permission.
All intellectual property rights for work produced by BN Creatives will remain with BN Creatives until the client has paid in full for the work. Once payment has been received, ownership of the work will transfer to the client.
Either the client or BN Creatives may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the agreement is terminated by the client before completion of the project, the client will be responsible for the fees for the work completed up to that point.
BN Creatives will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall BN Creatives be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other loss, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United State.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
BN Creatives reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client in writing or through our website.
